Family with Young Children
Not nearly as nice as other Holiday Inns that we have stayed at. I like the chain in general, but would not stay at this location again if given a choice. It was unattractive, cold, and didn't look terribly clean. Plus the unprotected fireplace in the lobby is a major safety hazard. ...read more

We left something in the room, the manager found it for us, and saved it until our return trip. Very helpful indeed. Bed and bedding were excellent, always welcome when traveling.

Nice Hotel and great location. Unfortunate the design of the bathroom was bad. To raise or lower the toilet seat you had to push back on the toilet paper. A full roll would not allow you to do either. The toilet tank was actually under the vanity and the vanity had to be noshed to allow for the tank lid.
